Sustained screen writing markups
I have used Teamviewer Pilot several times with customers with them using their cell phones and when either I, or they, wrote on the screen, the markings stayed on the screen until they were deleted. I am configuring a set of Epson Moverio AR glasses and although the screen writing function works, it only lasts for a couple of seconds and then fades away. The same thing happens on both my hosted instance on my PC and from the Epson glasses. That is, a mark up done from either end fades after a couple of seconds. I have looked extensively in help files, online and through all the settings on both the PC application and the Moverio app on the glasses. Why does this happen and is there a way to stop it and get the markings to sustain until they are deleted?
