Adding Endpoint to a pc

I've got a few pc's that I'm adding endpoint protection to but most of them that fail show the following: Activation failed. Error 3 internal & a couple of them show Activation failed. Error 20 installer error.

Any idea how to fix this.

i have received that a number of times and so far it means i have to run all the windows updates i can on that computer, and then it installs. i mean all, even optional ones. you also have to remove any other endpoint type antivirus program. in some cases i had to remove the malewarebytes free version too.
