where can I find details on how exactly the eSignature is implemented?

And also, is it possible to integrate with local protocols of electronic signature and verification, which are approved at the state level?

I received this info from one of our Engage Experts Mathias:

To provide the possibility for eSignatures in TeamViewer Engage for Online Consultation we rely on third party solutions which we integrate. Engage is built in an open and flexible way to integrate any solution that offers appropriate APIs. Currently, we have one standard integration which is ZealiD. ZealiD allows you to sign documents on a QES-level, which in the EU is equal to a handwritten signature. In the future, we plan to also add other standard eSignature solutions depending on customer needs - we are here open to discuss any specific requirements on your side.
