Unable to buy remote management addon

I bought remote access for 3 endpoints

I realised later that I need remote management License

I am ubale to buy these and keep loopingbetween Customer Portal & Subscription management

This is most urgent & Im almosy regretting having bought a license.....I was ding just fie with thefree version.

In the process, i accidentally bought 3 more endpoints which are unnecessary. Also need to know who to cancel those
