Hello.

I updated to this version and looks like this release is broken. It will no longer complete a connection between any two systems across my local network. ( Error partner ID. Target computer: local IP - Incoming LAN Connections --> Accept exclusively )

I had to downgrade to v15.29.4 and now connection is successful between any system across my local network ecosystem.
