Error trying to remove endpoint on personal device

I have accidentally uninstalled one of TeamViewer's features Malwarebytes Nebula on my personal computer. I attempted to uninstall it but was prompted for a password due to tamper protection put in place by the software. I tried my TeamViewer password but it did not work for me.

When going into the TeamViewer management console and going to Endpoint protection -> Devices and trying to uninstall my device, I get the following message
