Black screen and no control, works in safe mode

Hi, As in the topic, I suddenly started to have an issue with only black screen at the remote desktop (no files or folders whatsoever). Sometimes desktop appears but is blocked. I can only navigate while in safe mode.

I used to have this problem in the past, it lasted for 3-4 months and resolved itself. Now I hope I could do something to resolve it faster...
