Teamviewer stopped collecting device information in Asset Management
During our trial period we successfully had 50 machines in Asset Management, it worked great. Complete visibility into all machine hardware, installed software, patches, everything. After purchasing the license, the information disappeared for all but about 10 machines. The sections for hardware, software, system updates and device information are blank. We can still see the TeamViewer ID and connect to the machine, but the asset information stopped collecting. Anyone else run into this?

There should be no issues when moving from trial to license in regards to the devices reporting via Monitoring/Asset Management.
In this case, it would be best to contact our support teams directly so they may take a closer look - you may find local numbers here:
