    Hi @Jebacpis9 ,

Thanks for reaching out to our Community, and welcome!

If possible, try first to uninstall the TeamViewer on your macOS, and then download it again from our website, and follow the steps on the screen for the installation.

💡Hint: Also make sure your macOS is compatible with the newest version of TeamViewer.

Let us know how it goes, and if you need any further help. 🙋‍♀️

    Hi @Jebacpis9 ,

Thanks for giving it a try!

According to our article Supported operating systems for TeamViewer Remote the newest version of TeamViewer should be compatible with your Ventura.

Could you check if there is no other program blocking TeamViewer? E.g. antivirus or a bank application.

Internet connection instability could also cause it. You may consider restarting your router and trying again.

Also a question for you: Was TeamViewer working before and it stopped working, or is this the first time that you're installing TeamViewer on this Mac?

I'm looking forward to your reply. 😄

    Hi @Jebacpis9 ,

    Thanks for your feedback!

It seems you have found the cause of the issue. 🍀

My last suggestion for you is to try our web app instead of the TeamViewer Remote client to see if it works any better.

Let us know if we can help you any further.

    Hi Carol,

the question is why does it happen?i am using stellarium since long time and never had any problem. I am not sure but it happened probably when I updated TeamViewer.

any suggestion what should be checked?

    Hello Carol,

    The problem is in TeamViewer.

**Third Party Product** works perfectly. no delay with the same applications.

any suggestions? I do not want to change to **Third Party Product**

    Hi @Jebacpis9 ,

I'm sorry to hear the web app also didn't work as expected.

I could not reproduce the issue on my side.

If you're receiving any specific error message, please send us a screenshot, or any further details of the issue, so we can try to investigate it further.

Also, did you create your account with a social platform (Google/Microsoft)?

👉 If yes, you may try deleting the account on your Windows device, and creating a new account direct with TeamViewer.

I'm looking forward to your feedback!

    Hi @Jebacpis9 ,

I fear I may be misunderstanding the issue you're facing now.

When you say "it works slow", does this mean that you're now able to log in with your account, but the remote session itself is slow? Or the login into Teamviewer is now working, but it's very slow?

If the issue is inside the remote session, you can use the toolbar feature Optimize Speed to help you out. (Open the remote session and click ViewQualityOptimize Speed)

If the issue is on the login itself, please try following the steps previously provided.

    Thanks again for your reply!

    Hi @Jebacpis9 ,

    Thanks for the clarification!

On the toolbar of the remote session, if you click Extras and Connection Info, you should be able to access some additional information as shown below:

Could you tell us what's the Connection TypeTraffic, Display resolution, and the version of TeamViewer running on the remote machine?

I'm looking forward to your feedback!

    Hi @Jebacpis9 ,

Thanks for your question, and I apologize for the misunderstanding of my instructions.

The newest version of TeamViewer Remote has the feature Connection information under Actions.

Let us know if you can see this option now.
