Failed to create TeamViewer user : This e-mail address is already in use.

Hello Team,

We have a daily job scheduled to add users to TeamViewer through AD integration. I have issue in adding in one of the email id's The log files shows the below error

"Failed to create TeamViewer user XXXXX@company.com: @{error=internal_error; error_description=This e-mail address is already in 

use; error_code=3}

I tried manually adding the user through user management. But i cannot. It says user already exist.
