we are a AV integrator company and often we deploy some specialised computers to our clients which require TeamViewer access for remote management. Usually Tier 1-2 is managed by the client and we are called in as a T3.
What is the best way to setup access for both organisations?
From my point of view I'd like to see individual groups by Client and then whatever structure they use.
CocaCola company > EMEA > Germany '>' Berlin '>' site
What would you recommend as a best practice to operate this way to ensure both companies have access to the device?
