Recovery Code Error

I have 2 accounts, one free (this one) to ask this question and one is a corporate account from my employer. I need access to my corporate account.

I lost the ability to use my phone that had my authenticator app on it. New app on new phone is not connected.

I put in the Recovery Code provided by TeamViewer and the site says, The recovery code you entered was invalid. Please try again.

So, what do I do now?
