How can we recover master account details like email used
In our company we set up teamviewer with a Business License some time ago and the technician that set it up is no longer with us. The problem is we don't have records of what email account he used as master account.
We usually work with another account that has permissions to perform remote connections but when trying to access to user management and related functions it shows that we don't have permission to do so.
We tried to access the teamviewer service contract management website but it gives two errors:
Error 1-First it says that we need to Activate the client portal account and gives a link
Error 2-In the link to activate the client portal we fill the Invoice Number correctly and it shows a message that says that "Our contract is already activated and cannot be activated again, go to teamviewer service" and so we return to Error 1.
In the end, how can we recover or check the master account / email so we can access that account or change it from somewhere in the teamviewer website?
