TeamViewer back up for Mac, not backing up documents or desktop folder in the users home directory.

Hello… i’m running into a situation and would like some clarity on a solution. We have multiple macs being backed up with TeamViewer back up, all of the other mac’s documents and desktop folders are backing up just fine. However, we have one MacBook, that will not back up the documents or desktop folder, but does every other folder in the users home directory. I have confirmed that all the necessary permissions have been enabled and I am using the same back up policy that I have on the other Macs that are successfully backing up. I can’t seem to find out why this is doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
