Recovery code /Security code loop

I broke my mobile device and now I've been trying to sign-in with the new device and I'm now prompted for a security/recovery code which I've never had to use, nor was I ever given such a code. I generated a zero knowledge account recovery, which is not the recovery code. Now it won't let me into my acc't at all.
