Sign in button is not activated

I have been trying to sign in to TeamViewer on Windows 11 for several days. Once I start the TeamViewer application from the desktop and enter my ID and password, the "Sign In" pushbutton doesn't activate and remains gray, stopping me from logging in to my account. I have rebooted the system but the symptom doesn't go away. Any idea?

I use TeamViewer version 15.47.3 (64-bit version)
