Had received an email regarding the account activation email, but did not receive neither activation link email nor customer portal email. Unable to submit ticket due to free version and unable to contact support, may I know how do I solve this?

To begin with, kindly double-check the spam folder of your email inbox to see if the purchase email goes there.
If the purchase email that contains the activation link cannot be located in your email inbox, we would advise you to contact our support team directly via phone.
