I'm new to Linux, using Ubuntu, and new to TeamViewer.

I've successfully installed TeamViewer 15.48.4 in Ubuntu and logged into it remotely from a Mac but I don't have complete control.

I read the message about changing to Xorg login in Ubuntu and came here to see what I could learn about this and other issues but when I logged into the Community on Ubuntu using Firefox I just get a blank page.

Can someone please tell me what web browsers in Ubuntu support this forum ?

I'm currently posting this from my Mac but would appreciate any and all information about using this forum in Ubuntu.

Thank you in advance for any replies 😊

    Hello @KC2020

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer community!

I am a Firefox user myself, but I am however unaware of any restrictions regarding web browsers and accessing the forum from a specific OS. I also verified that Firefox overall should be a supported browser for access.

I would suggest clearing cache and cookies as well as trying on another network to ensure it was not something network-based. Also, check if you can access it using any other browsers.

I hope this helps! Please let us know your findings or if you have any other questions.
