Unable to receive trusted device emails

The odd thing is I change still use the TeamViewer app on the previous computer. But can't add a new trusted browser for that email since I don't get any email.

So I have TeamViewer free license. I moved to another computer and when I login to my account it asks me to add this as a trusted device which I do and it states that email will be sent.
The email never arrives. (checked spam) I had to create another email account just to login to the community.
The previous device still can use the TeamViewer account with the previous email.
How can the TeamViewer email be sent to the primary account email address?
