Unable to receive trusted device emails

    The odd thing is I change still use the TeamViewer app on the previous computer. But can't add a new trusted browser for that email since I don't get any email.

    So I have TeamViewer free license. I moved to another computer and when I login to my account it asks me to add this as a trusted device which I do and it states that email will be sent.

    The email never arrives. (checked spam) I had to create another email account just to login to the community.

    The previous device still can use the TeamViewer account with the previous email.

    How can the TeamViewer email be sent to the primary account email address?

    I have validated my account but the application keeps on asking to validate my account and resend the email for validation and that email is not being delivered. I have beed trying for hours to connect to a laptop from my Samsunt Smartphone and it doesn't allow me to do it. The free version is not avaliable anymore, or this is done intentionally to force you to buy a license. I rarely need this application and I just wanted to check my laptop from home if it keeps on doing what I left it to do. So impossible to see for few seconds at a time...

    Hello,

    I hope everyone is doing good today I have a problem I let teamviewer update on my Windows PC and now it is telling me I need to authorize my device. Now obviously I'm here because I'm not getting the emails for this authorization of my device if someone could please help me with this situation I would gladly gladly appreciate it it's been over a month or more no e-mail to activate the device and I've checked my spam I've done it multiple times. So if I need to DM somebody that would be great if they could help me with this situation thank you thank you very much. Also I had to make this new account to be able to even log in here and post this message.

    Just like PARiEss (August 2023) I have tried everything and I don't receive any trusted device emails to [removed per Community Guidelines] for almost a year now. Could you please check that?

    I am unable to receive email to add a trusted device.

    Had to create this new account to come here and ask for support.
