If the issue persists after the restart, please proceed to the complete uninstallation of TeamViewer from your device and install the latest version from our website.

I have is same problem everyday

i get this message quite regularly on the remote Mac's i want to control, so i can not get in, even though it says the Mac is online. I live in Florida where it is very "normal" that internet goes offline every now and then. So whenever i am abroad in Europe, i can not get in, so have to ask someone to restart the app. Which is extremely annoying!!! The app should restart by itself when there is an error, or at least give an error code, so you can investigate the problem. Also tried to use the old interface, tried several other settings, but no joy! Please HELP! (it used to work fine for years!) Now am looking around for other apps doing the same thing as Teamviewer.

still NO solution, OR reply from teamviewer. The problem persists.. almost every day, even after 15.51.6 update.
