I cant't reply the email "please confirm your order" so what do I do?

It says "Your order is currently under review as your information needs to be verified.

Please contact our support team via 03 4563 9650 or reply to this email within the next 24 hours. "

but my reply has been rejected.

so I had to call your support team but they are closed and said that I will have to call them again on Monday.
