New user not receiving activation email
Hi all,
I am a User Administrator on our licensed version of TeamViewer.
I've added a new user into our account however he isn't receiving the email to activate his account. I've ran a trace on his inbox and the email isn't coming in to rule out a transport rule blocking the email.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?

did this ever get resolved? I have the exact same issue. I've deleted the user tried again with no luck
