    Hi @JungleJim,

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community! I am sorry for this situation happened.

Can I ask you to restart TeamViewer services as the Gif shows, and then start TeamViewer and see if you can sign in to the TeamViewer account successfully this time.

Let me know if restarting TeamViewer services helps in your situation.

    Hi Ying_Q,

I'm not using the TeamViewer Services i.e. there is no Teamviewer services running.

I'm using the "run once" like I always have.

    HI @JungleJim,

Thank you for the quick reply!

Good to know that you are using a run-only version of TeamViewer!

In this case, may I ask you to check if you downloaded TeamViewer from the TeamViewer homepage and kindly try again to have a fresh download then run TeamViewer.

Also, please share the TeamViewer version you are using. I would like to double-check the TeamViewer version for use.

    Best,

    Hi @Ying_Q,

I downloaded it from the Teamviewer website.

It seems to be version 15.50.5.0

Can anyone perhaps explain what "Dummy Error Message" means and how to fix it?

    Hello, same problem.

Last version installed. Stopping the service doesn't help.
