Cannot reset lost password

My father's computer has died so we have set up a new one and are now re-installing TeamViewer [free version]. Unfortunately, my father has lost/forgotten his password which we need to reset. We have tried multiple times but have not received the TeamViewer reset email. @teamviewer.com has been set as a safe domain but still nothing.

Can someone please help with the password reset or delete the account so we can start fresh?
