Facing problem when I'm going to connect again with my mobile from outside?

Im using Host app. When i try to connect outside home it's failed. But my Internet connection and mobile still on. I have to enter the app and it shows activating teamviewer. Please update the app as it always stay on background and always activated so that we can unattend access the device.
