why is it that every i log in TeamViewer it kicks me out after I paid the subscription fee?

We suggest you verify that you have activated and configured your license correctly.
For this please go to your inbox and search for an email called Your TeamViewer licenses activation + customer number (starting with 2#######). In this message you will find the instructions for the activation as well as the activation link. Please check also your spam inbox.
In case you haven´t receive the message, please contact our support team, they will provide a solution.
Likewise in the link you will find an activation guide for each one of our licenses.
