Dear support,
We have trouble registering a new user. This user does not receive any of the automated validation messages from the teamviewer user. According to our IT department, no message for this user come in from the teamviewer server. They ask some proof/details from teamviewer that the messages are sent. Can you contact us on the details of this new user so you can trace down if the teamviewer sents out these messages in the first place ?
