Hi dear customer service

this is a paid account why my account keep dropping , more than 10 times a day ? What is going on ? Pls advice

    Thank you for posting here. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with using your TeamViewer license.

    Based on your message, I'd assume that your license is not properly activated.

    Could you please let me know which license you have purchased, so I can redirect you to the respective activation guide?
