JIRA Integration guide does not match reality

Hi all. I am hoping for some help with JIRA cloud integration to Team Viewer. I have created the app in JIRA, and left the customer link template at the default - because there is no information about what this does, or what values you should put in it.

The next step is to "Copy the provided redirect URI provided in the plugin". However it is not clear where you get the URI from. The JIRA app does not have a URI associated with it as far as I can see. Where do I get the URI from?

I am also struggling, but I can help with the URI. I believe that's the permanent link provided for our custom module in your Admin Settings → Custom Moduls (f.e. https://custom.teamviewer.com/…. )

My problem is, that the guide says:
"9. Copy the generated client ID and client Secret and paste in the Jira plugin."
but the Teamviewer Jira Cloud plugin has no configuration field to entering this. Does anyone know, where I can enter the client id an secret in Jira Cloud?
