I am sorry to see that you are no longer wanting to use TeamViewer.
If you are only a free user and have not purchased a license with us. Then there is not a license to cancel. If you are wanting to delete your free user account, you can do so by following the directions outlined in the knowledge base article pasted below. https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/account/delete-your-account/

So, if the account is deleted, the credit card associated with the account will not be charged? Do I understand it correctly? Thanks!
