Script execution doesn`t work on MAC

I wrote 3 scripts to execute them on managed MacBook. No one script cannot be executed.
I gave all permissions for TeamViewer (include script execution)


There are my scripts:

open -a Finder

#!/bin/sh


open -a Finder

#!/bin/dash


open -a Finder

BTW in Workflow and automation menu there is no option to run scripts on Mac
