I want to cancel my subscription

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following the steps described by @Akiho below.
Please note that cancellations must be submitted at least 28 days before the end of the current term (initial or renewal). This notice period is required to process the cancellation in time and to avoid unintended renewal charges.
For privacy and security reasons, we're not able to assist with licensing or account‑related requests directly here in the Community.

You can submit a cancellation request for your TeamViewer subscription license through the TeamViewer customer portal or by submitting a support ticket.
Please know that prior activation of the TeamViewer license or customer portal is required to access those systems, and we cannot assist with any cancellation cases in the Community for security & privacy purposes.
