I need to remove my Teamviewer Account from free license to join Company License. My admin cannot add me to the company license because it indicates I'm already registered to a free license.

Any suggestions please?

    Hi @itcpt,

    Welcome to our Community! 🌍

    We're happy to assist you in joining your company license.

    As you already created a TeamViewer account, you need to join the company profile. Then, your admin will be able to accept your request so that you can be part of the company profile and have the company license linked to your account.

    To do so, please follow the steps explained in our Knowledge Base article: How to add an existing user
