Computer blocked forever…

My personal device has been blocked due to it having been used with a now defunct company account with an unpaid invoice. The company went bankrupt in late 2023, no longer exists and there is no way the invoice can be paid.

I was just on the telephone with support and they said due to this special situation my device will never be able to use TeamViewer again – it is blocked for all eternity!

Has anyone else had the same problem and how was it resolved?
