An activation link is required to activate the Remote Access license. Could you please check your email inbox, including the spam folder, to locate the activation link in the purchase email from TeamViewer?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have sorted it out. I already had an account and I had to simply go in and reset the passwords and add my home computer again as a trustee device so it would be recognised remotely.

PS. I didn’t receive an activation code because I already had an account. I had to reset my account.
