Welcome to our Community and thanks for your question!

In order to change the email account you must have access to the TeamViewer account.
You would need to recreate your email to receive the trust device message. Once you sign in into TeamViewer, you can proceed with the steps to update the email.

If it's not possible to recreate the old email, you would need to create a new TeamViewer account with the new email.
