Add new user in the console management

If you are trying to add new users, but you´re receiving the message 'this e-mail already exist', for sure this account is already registered as a valid TeamViewer account. In this case, please use the option Add existing account, by entering in your Management Console and following the steps below:

thx for the info. I found this also but I didn't work with his normal email address. I've used an alias to solve.
Anyway, thxfor your answer. It would be great if we could find the used e-mail address to avoid these kind of things.

We´re sorry the solution proposed did not help. It could be that these accounts are already associated with another license (old license).
