I cannot access my account after getting problems with email address

Hi there

I have used a certain email address for many years for my Teamviewer free account. Because of recent issues with this email, I cannot access it. When one tries to log in to TV, naturally a link is sent to the email address on record to prove one is the owner.

Is there any way of dealing with a situation in which the specific email associated with the Team Viewer account is temporarily or even permanently inaccessible or one has to give up the account? It seems one cannot contact the Team Viewer admin with a ticket as that seems to be reserved for paying customers.

I am operating from a newly created account, as I had to help a friend via TV, but not with my usual account. Just in case I manage to get my old account back, is it possible to merge managed computers under 2 separate accounts under one?
