Can´t log in anymore

Hi together.

Since the last update, I can no longer log in anywhere with my account. I get the message "Unknown error" everywhere. Now I have had to create a second account so that I can at least look for help here.

When I log into the Windows app this happens:

When I log into the Web-App this happens:

When I log into Community this happens:

And in Ticketsystem this:

It says, try again later, but it's been there for days now.

Maybe someone can help me here?
