I want to cancel my membership.

I reached the sales team, but he gave me an e-mail address and said write here. I logged in to my membership page, but there is never a membership cancellation section there.
I have been trying for days and no one is returning. But when there is a purchase, everyone calls 5 times a day. This is unfair. Please really help me for the cancellation of my membership. Because I only have 2 days left.

Can you visit the TeamViewer Support Page and raise a support ticket about the cancellation request please.     I'm on the page you mentioned. But I can't access the B.5.1 cancellation format.

    It should not be so difficult to cancel. Can you forward us this text? How should we write this cancellation letter.

    B.5.4. Termination notice

    Termination notice, including the notification of non-renewal of Subscription pursuant to sec. B.5.1, must be submitted in text form (by signed letter, telefax or email) or orally, provided the termination is subsequently acknowledged by the other party in text form.

    Customer shall address its termination notice to TeamViewer Germany GmbH, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73033 Göppingen, Germany, or by email to contact@teamviewer.com. Alternatively, Customer may submit a support request, or use the subscription management function (if available) in the customer portal provided by TeamViewer under the link https://www.teamviewer.com/en/customer-support/.

    TeamViewer may also terminate a Contract by means of a respective notification within the Software.

    There are many ways and people who help when selling or upgrading packages. But in terms of cancellation, we just have to create a ticket and wait. and I don't want to think about it, but since this behavior is done to many people, you make people think that it is done on purpose. this is very sad.
    I demand that my membership be canceled as quickly as possible.

    What is the PM box. Look, now I'm calling by phone again, but I want to be connected to the accounting department. It says it's out of office hours. It says please find out the working hours and call. but it does not even say that we work during these hours. But after 2 seconds I dial to connect to the sales team and the sales team responds immediately. Is this normal for you?
    But when it comes to canceling, I can only send an e-mail somewhere and automatic messages come as an answer. I can't find a real interlocutor. It's not fair.

    I want to cancel my membership. How else can I explain this wrong.
