Is Team Viewer trying to get rid of non-paying users? Email password reset email never arrives!
Hi there
I have been using Teamviewer for many years with a different account but it seems the company is making it increasingly impossible for non-paying users to use your otherwise good program. One cannot ask for support, unless licensed, whatever the problem.
If for some reason a password is not working, I have been trying for weeks to reset one for an account I have used for years to help some friends, but this message "Your request has been processed. You will receive an email with instructions for changing your password." just ends up being useless because that email NEVER ever arrives, not even in spam. This is the same Gmail account associated with that Teamviewer account right from 2015 and the last successful log in was a couple of months back.
Could it be no email is sent by Teamviewer to reset password at all?
What is going on, or should one just give up?
Is anyone experiencing the same problem of email password reset instructions email NEVER arriving and if so, what exactly does one do to solve this, short of buying a license?

We're sorry to hear that you are struggling with resetting your TeamViewer account password.
After checking internally, we are currently not aware of any issues regarding our mail server.
As you have already checked your spam folder and nothing is there, we can do a deeper investigation: could you please send me the email address of the said account via private message?
