It seems that my free account(not this one) has been removed

I have used Teamviewer for many years. But within these few months, it always said that logout and need to login again. Finally, I unable to login again starting on last week. When I tried to login, it said that incorrect email or password. The error code is "mWU5zqKBAer-3-A5-51-LBD". I have tried to use "Forgot your password?" to try to reset it. But never received the reset email. I doubt that my account has been removed. But I haven't received any information or news about this. Is there any way that I can clarify this?
