I can't do it in settings option, can you help me?

Great to see you posting for the first time!
As you don't have the option within the account settings, I can only assume that you are part of a company profile.
The only way to delete your account it to contact your TeamViewer company profile (license) administrator and ask him to delete your account.
They can do it from the Admin settings.
