Software pops up saying I'm a commercial user when I'm a home user and shuts down. I've been trying for months to contact someone at TeamViewer, but I have never gotten a response. It seems when this has happened in the past, it was after an update. I was able to contact someone in customer support with no problem before. Now it's a problem because I'm not a paying customer a home user.
Can someone please tell me how I can fix this?
