Hi Teamviewer,
I am currently a free user, and suspect my teamviewer account was compromised (unconfirmed). I have changed my password and included 2FA just in case.
Two questions:
1)
I have some remote devices I managed - is there a way to view all recent active sessions associated with my Teamviewer account? My fear is they compromised these devices. I understand I could manually go to each device and check log, but prefer to take this approach as I might not interpret the logs correctly.
2)
If I temporarily upgrade my plan to Teamviewer Remote access or Teamviewer Business - will it retroactively show previous connections? (Connections prior to upgrading account?).
