API : Add User to Group and deactivate two-factor authorization

I would like to add a user per default to a specified group.

Further I´m thinking about to deactivate the two-factor-authorization for each user to make the log in for the user more comfortable.

Do you have any suggestions? I´m using the Powershell API to create the users.
