How to keep remote computer available

When I try to connect to my remote PC I get a message that it is offline and it will not connect.  I think I am set up for 'easy access'.    I didn't get this message before.  I want to be able to access my home PC when I am away.

Thank you for posting.

If you receive the error that TeamViewer is offline, please try the following steps.

• Please check if the TeamViewer software is opened and say "Ready to connect" with a green circle.

   

• Please make sure that you check "Start TeamViewer with Windows" from Extra > option. 

 

 

• Please check if the device is not on sleep mood or shut dwon. If so you need to setup the Wake on LAN in order to connect to the PC.
