Is it possible to have multiple email acounts recieve monitoring alerts when certain computers go offline?

Thank you for your post.

You can have alerts from TeamViewer Monitoring go to multiple email addresses, as long as they meet a few requirements:

• The email address is associated with a TeamViewer account
• The TeamViewer account is a part of your Company Profile or a contact in your Computers & Contacts list

If you do not want to create an additional account on your Company Profile, simply create a free TeamViewer account for the email, and then add the TeamViewer account as a contact in the Management Console.

 

Once added as a contact, simply add the new email to the notifications for your alerts.
