We have all Windows Firewall's turned off on our devices, and therefor in the Monitoring section you keep getting alerts about Firewalls turned off. How can I ignore that?

The easiest way is to remove the firewall check from the policy in the Management Console.
Go to https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn -> Monitoring Section-> Manage Policies icon on the top left-> remove the Firewall check from the policy and save it.
