Payed for Blizz Crew but Answer ist FREE

I buyed Blizz Crew, 

But Blizz answerd as a FREE Version.

I used the activation-link an this works, but Blizz still answerd as a FREE Version.

What ist to do ?

I would recommend you to fully uninstall the app, restart your computer, then download again and install the Blizz app. This is to clear any possible remained settings of the free version in the computer system files of the app.
